1. WHAT ARE TRAVELLERS TAGS AND WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?
Travellers tags are used to distinguish your luggage from the lugggage of other travellers. The tags are similar in size to a credit card and are made of the same material, a 760 micron thick durable plastic.
Side A has an attractive image relating to your airline or your own chosen design (see question 2).
Side B has up to 5 lines of your chosen text, i.e. your name, address, tel no etc.
The printing is incredibly tough, it will not rub off or fade on your journeys around the globe.
2. CAN I SEND MY OWN DESIGN FOR MY TRAVELLERS LUGGAGE TAGS?
Yes you can. We do not charge any extra for this service. We will require your documents in Photoshop PSD or Adobe PDF Format. Send us an email for further information. sales@koolkrew.com
3. WHAT ARE CREW LUGGAGE TAGS AND WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

5. I CANT FIND THE AIRLINE I WORK FOR?
Just send us an email and we will add your airline to our database - addmyairline@koolkrew.com
6. HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay by using your Paypal account or you can pay by using your debit/credit cards through Paypal Payment Server.
7. WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PAYMENT?
Just email or phone us and we can take payment manually from your debit/credit card. sales@koolkrew.com
8. DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO PAYPAL TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
No. If you paying by using your debit/credit card there is an option to 'Continue' without registering towards the bottom of the screen (Above the Credit/Debit cards logos). If you click on that link it will take you directly to Paypal Credit/Debit card payment page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Solo and Amex via our paypal site.
9. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY STUFF?
We endeavour to have your order processed and sent to you within 7 days of purchase or before.
10. HOW TO I ATTACH THE CLEAR PLASTIC LOOP TO MY BAG?
