Article 1: Launch of our Metal Luggage Tags
After months of research, trials and tests, we at koolkrew.com have finally launched our much anticipated Metal Tags. We have listened to your comments and suggestions and we are proud to bring you our unique and exclusive product. We feel that we have finally got it right…as technology progresses, so do we.
It was only 6 months ago that we launched the ‘Metal Eyelet Reinforcement’ system for all our PVC Plastic tags. This in itself has now improved the longevity of the tags by over 30% and we have still kept our prices exactly the same.
Now we are proud to take our products to the next level. Our metal tags are made of lightweight aluminium with a tough crystal clear enamel effect coating which gives the tag a stunning shiny effect. The tag will not break or tear and the tough aluminium laminate will give the tag an almost everlasting life.
All of our tags whether Metal or PVC Plastic are hand made products, our metal tags are especially labour intensive and are a top end product. Whilst a PVC plastic tag will take an average of 3.6 minutes to produce, our metal tags can take up to 14.2 minutes to manufacture. We believe the product is well worth its price.
The dimensions are 8.5 cm x 5 cm (3.25 inches x 2 inches).
We have a fantastic new product to take us into 2012 and have received great feedback from yourselves and airlines alike already. Please bear with us as we populate the website with this metal tag option. As we have over 900 luggage tags designs and increasing everyday it will take us a little while to do it.
