1. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns unless the goods provided to you are faulty or damaged in which case the items have to be returned back to us before they can be replaced.

2. For payment, you can either transfer funds to us using Paypal in which case you need to open an account with Paypal which is very straightforward @ www.paypal.co.uk or you can pay by using your credit/debit card.

3. As we are crew ourselves, the best way to contact us is via email. See our 'contact us' page.

4. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 days of purchase. For any orders over 15 items please allow 10 days for delivery.

6. Please note that all our airlines products which identify crew members are intended to be sold to airline employees only. We will require your airline crew no. on all our products.
